Focus: Move from concept to live prototype, secure first customers.

Action: Establish blueprint for ethics, sustainability and pro-labor before scaling. Bake core values into product and operations. Iterate rapidly on product design and development while doubling down on ethical framework.

Support: We provide the initial capital, core infrastructure and shared operational services (legal, financial, compliance) to launch and grow.

Phase 2: Prepping for Launch

Once the business has a proven, live product, we focus on refining operations and ensuring customer success.

Focus: Transition from prototype to self-sustaining business that is able to hire its first staff members.

Action: Define long term strategy, identify next milestones. Prepare to graduate the studio.

Milestone: Establish clear financial and governance metrics for next phase.

Phase 3: Prepping for Take off

This final phase prepares for external funding and autonomous operation.

Focus: Secure independent funding and establish leadership team for new business.

Action: Manage the spin-off process, provide access to independent funding sources, assist in obtaining and structuring independent funding, formalize governance structure.

Outcome: Business becomes a fully independent entity poised for growth.
